San Francisco homes are full of charm everywhere you look, but some neighborhoods just make your jaw agape.
When I first moved to the city, I lived in a communal house in the Inner Richmond and would take lots of walks around the area to explore around.
On the way to Baker Beach one day, I stumbled upon a collection of some of the most pristine houses I’d ever seen, and continue to go back and walk around that neighborhood anytime I’m looking for inspiration or want to window shop houses like I’m a billionaire.
Sea Cliff, San Francisco
Nestled in the northwesternmost corner of San Francisco, the Sea Cliff neighborhood lines the gorgeous cliff sides near Land’s End and have their own small beach where the Chinese immigrants used to camp out while they were building the city, China Beach.
Properties range from 800k for a 1 BR condo to 3.5 million+ and have been called home by the likes of Ansel Adams, Robin Williams, Sharon Stone, Jack Dorsey and Marc Benioff.
On any given morning, crab fisherman, families and photographers can be found walking along the small China Beach shore taking in the roaring the Pacific Ocean, scenic Marin headlands and iconic Golden Gate Bridge.

Special shoutout to Grotius for joining me on this week’s adventure.
