You guys know how I feel about street art, so as soon as I heard of a park similar to Miami’s Wynwood Walls in Austin, it immediately became the spot for this week’s photo walk. Recently renamed The HOPE Outdoor Gallery, the Graffiti Park at Castle Hill is a three-story abandoned construction site on Baylor Street just off North Lamar in Austin.

The gallery initially launched in 2011 during SXSW, and is open for anyone in the community to participate. This leads to an eclectic collection of some intricate works and a whole lot of tagging, but the result provides the same neighborhood pulse, and the stadium elevation gives a great skyline view of Austin from the top.

This lovely Wednesday afternoon was full of artists, admirers, yogis and color:
